Gibbons street cafe

Today I am going to review about the Gibbon street Café !
Gibbon street Café is one of newest café that recently opened at Redfern and serving brunch menu with coffee and fresh juice. There menu price is between $15-$20 and coffee is $3.5 for small and$4.5 for large.
Gibbon street Café' style is bit different as other  cafes because they design the menu based on Thai and Australian style. So most of the menu names are bit special such as they naming  'Gibbon St Hotcakes' or 'Bangkok brekkie Eggs' which is very unique naming and attract the customers to try.
So I tried both of menu   'Gibbon St Hotcakes' and 'Bangkok brekkie Eggs'  both taste are very Australian brunch style but I can taste little bit taste of Thai food ingredient :)
They also sell the linguini pasta calls 'Squid and Chorizo Linguini'  this is one of my favourite menu because  I can taste  Thai-spices mingled well with pasta :) I attached the pictures for what I have eaten, so do not forget to check !
Lastly, If you are interest about this café, don't be scare to try! Have a try because you'll have amazing food experience at there :)
