Papparich Chatswood

Papparich is a Malaysian restaurant with several branches in Sydney. The one I went to was located at 1/63A Archer St, Chatswood NSW 2067. It opens from 11:30am to 9pm.

There are several different menus for roti (malaysian bread), Satay (meat on a stick) and a range of different noodle and rice dishes. This restaurant also caters for vegetarians.

I ordered the Dry Curry Egg Noodles with Steamed Chicken. How this worked was that they cooked the egg noodles and put some curry on the side in a separate bowl. The egg noodles comes with spring onions, fried shallots and kale. The separate bowl contained only the curry sauce. Steamed chicken was decorated with some coriander. The meat was the chicken breast and was surprisingly soft and tender

The service was mainly self-service. I was asked to look through the menu and write down the number of the dish i wanted to have before giving it to the waiter. Water collection and utensil collection was also self-service. The service was good despite being basic. Overall, I would rate the place 8/10.
